Analog Joystick for PSP 1000

After replacing the worn-out original, the analog nub feels much stiffer and more responsive during racing games. It was a bit fiddly swapping the ribbon cable, but the fit is perfect for the PSP-1000 shell. Definitely worth the few minutes of careful work.

My old stick was drifting so badly I couldn't even navigate menus, but this one snapped into place without any wobble once I got the console open. It took a bit of patience with the disassembly, but now the analog feels as responsive as the day I bought the PSP.

The replacement joystick fits perfectly into my PSP 1000 shell, and the rubber cap feels just as responsive as the original. Installation required some careful prying, but once it clicked in place, the d-pad finally registers every input again without any dead zones.
