Putting this together from the parts list was straightforward enough, and the battery life on the GC Ultimate has been solid through several long sessions. The haptic actuator set gives a satisfying, subtle rumble that adds to the experience without being overwhelming.

The haptic feedback feels more precise than my old controller, and the C-stick PCB responded instantly during my first play session. My only wish is that it came with a charge cable included, but the build quality makes up for it.

The battery life is great—I've been using it for hours without needing a recharge. The haptic actuators give a satisfying, precise feedback that feels much better than standard rumble.
