Category: Game Boy Advance

Brand new EXT port for your Game Boy Advance and Game Boy Advance SP.

INCLUDED:

  • 1x EXT Link Port

NOTES:

  • Soldering required.
  • To fit on an SP, place the port in the shell first. Then put the motherboard over top of the port and solder in the end pins while in place, in order for it to line up. After doing so, remove motherboard/soldered port from shell and finish soldering remaining pins onto motherboard. If the port will not sit properly with this method, further shell trimming/modifications may be required. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit on an SP.

Violet ★★★★★

Finally got around to replacing the broken link port on my old GBA SP, and this fit perfectly after I followed the shell-first tip. The pins lined up clean for soldering, and now multiplayer games work flawlessly again. A straightforward repair part that does exactly what it should.

Lucy W. ★★★★★

Took my time with the shell-first placement trick for the SP, and it seated perfectly once I got the alignment right. The pins are solid and the connection feels snug in both my GBA and SP. Definitely worth it if you're comfortable with a basic solder job.

Emma M. ★★★★★

Had to break out the soldering iron for this one, but the port lined up perfectly with the motherboard pads on my old GBA. Now link cable games work flawlessly again.
