First time I’ve had a laminated screen on a GBA, and the difference is wild—no air gap makes the colors pop like the old days but sharper. The new capacitor kit also cleared up the audio hiss that bugged me on my last build.

The new capacitor kit made a noticeable difference in audio clarity—no more slight hum on quiet passages. Took about a week for the build-to-order process, but the laminated panel and trigger mods are exactly as specced.

The laminated V5 screen is gorgeous, night and day from the original—colors pop and there's zero glare even outdoors. The capacitor kit replacement means it boots up instantly with no flicker, and the whole build feels rock solid in my hands. Worth every penny for a daily driver.
